This is not a snood.

Don't ask me why... but I've been calling this a 'snood'.  A dear friend of mine kindly corrected me. From now on, I shall be calling this a 'cowl'. I am currently busy knitting one, using circular needles for the very first time. Embracing the effort and testing of my patience. I'm knitting as fast as I can, hoping to finish my cowl before the winter is over!
